END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("you", "your", or "User") and Upside LMS HRTech Private Limited ("Upside LMS", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of our AI-powered microlearning creation and distribution platform, craft ("Service" or "craft").

By signing up for, accessing, or using craft, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not access or use craft.

LICENSE GRANT

Upside LMS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use craft for your internal business or educational purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not permit you to:

• Resell, sublicense, or lease the Service;
• Use craft to build or train your own machine learning models or competing products;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform;
• Access or use craft in any unlawful manner.

This license is conditioned upon your continued compliance with all terms and conditions of this Agreement, and may be revoked by Upside LMS at any time with or without notice.
