3. Integration Setup Process

To enable the UpsideLMS integration with Udemy Business, follow these steps:

  1. Step 1: Enable Udemy Business API settings

    Before configuring the integration, ensure that Udemy Business API access is enabled. Reach out to your UpsideLMS support representative to know the process for obtaining the required API credentials.

  2. Step 2: Configure UpsideLMS and Udemy Business Integration
    1. Log in as Site Administrator to your UpsideLMS portal.
    2. Navigate to the Settings section.
    3. Select “Integrations” from the menu.
    4. Choose “UpsideLMS and Udemy Business Integration” and provide the following details:
      • Udemy API Endpoint URL for courses and progress report in Request URL sections
      • Udemy Business API Client key
      • Udemy Business API Client Secret key
      • Account ID
